Niko Teller is an elite trail and ultra runner with a passion for pushing physical and mental boundaries. Driven by a desire to compete with the best and continuously improve, Niko is committed to learning and evolving in his pursuit of becoming the best endurance runner he can be.
Born and raised in Pottstown, PA, Niko balances his athletic goals with a full-time career as a UPS package driver. He understands the challenges of juggling work, relationships, and family life—making discipline a core part of his daily routine.
Niko’s upbringing was different from most runners. He never ran in high school/college. He grew up fighting….training in martial arts for nearly 18years of his life. In 2019, the school Niko was training at shutdown due to Covid. This is when he started running. He then signed up for his first race, “Long-haul 100”.
His first race was a 100 miles! He has never ran a road/trail race prior to this and he even completed it. After this, Niko was hooked on the sport of ultra running and determined to be one of the best. He has successfully competed in a wide range of races, from one-milers to 250-mile events. He continues to improve every year, throwing down in any distance.
Niko brings the same drive, structure, and passion he applies to his own training into his coaching. He offers a personalized, athlete-first approach that adapts to each individual’s lifestyle, goals, and experience level.
